Unfinished cavalry on painting table. Clear to see, that light cavalry need smaller horses.

Try to sculpt the better wheels for artillery and wagons. On left Russian and on right French size.

Have you considered having a company make your mould for you. This might and should stop this problem.

Hip-hip-hurreigh!!! Problem solved.
Contrary to all manuals, instructions and knowledge.. who all says, that tiny details need more spinning speed and pressure.. the flash disappears when 6mm figures mould rotation speed and pressure are lowered down to only half of 18mm figures mould speed and pressure. Quality of figures remain the same. Only artillery pieces needed new mould. I put these in cavalry mould. But infantry casted satisfactory.
Now I cast and pack, cast and pack..
Richard, here are no such companies beside mine in Estonia. I am completely alone in miniature business. Happily enough we have good metal and mould silicone on sale from Germany.

The set have casualty markers too, I forgot to add these to picture. Artillery are not included, need new moulds, too many flash. But I cleaned some up for myself..

Oooohh.. at last I finish flagsheet for first battalions of all 6mm Borodino 1812 russian regiments, the background task for 6mm project. At first I completed this work in February, following the illustrated book "La Moskova, la bataille des redoutes". But after finishing I checked some flags from russian sources and discover, that only few flags are correct. So I started all work again.
