ooiitteeI create bases with one miniatures for every 100 men. As a basis use an aluminum foil (which is easy to cut). Stretch Silicon brown. When dry, glue the grass. Here the post where I explain how I sideburns BaseMarcoenrico

ooiitteeI play alone. I like to recreate historical battles. I use rules once used at military schools (simplified) and so I like the battlefield looks most like to reality. Use thicker sideburns spoil the view (in my opinion). It is also for this reason that I create in each unit the ratio 1/100 comparing the historical ones. Marcoenrico
