Yet another uniform question. While I Google as well as the next person, I don't seem to make the connections I need sometimes. I am painting some H&R Prussian Landwehr for 1813-14 (not the 100 Days). I understand that early in 1813 when the Landwehr was reconstituted, uniforms and equipment were not high quality as money was tight, but that post-armistice things had improved. These are the ones I am looking to paint
I painted my first batch with grey trousers similar to line infantry, but now I am wondering if the trousers should have been white, or mostly white, as I have seen more pictures online. I am not trying to represent individual regiments necessarily, but rather just give a decently realistic impression of Landwehr when massed. Bruce

Light grey, white, cream, buff, light brown. Any combination. Cheap linen/calico type that stained very quickly.
