Great looking figure, Sho! And thanks for the new, easy to find thread.
This is looks very well adapted to painting details. But maybe a slightly larger horse for a heavy cavalry figure? Bruce

Large horse and large man. I think about smaller horses for light cavalry.

On last week I tried another approach to cast my 6mm figs. But I can't say, was it success or failure. Maybe halfsuccess. Anyway, I will try this approach one more time with next mould. And if it will be clear failure, then my 6mm project will stop again for long time. Until I think out something new.

Good luck with this Sho! I love your work. If it wasn't for my thousands of H & R figs and my advanced age I might start over with you! Bruce

Sho, I like these 3 figure stands for gaming. I use figure removal for casualties and routing troops instead of rosters or markers. I attach a magnetic strip to all my stands and place them on the appropriate size metal base. Removing some of these three figure stands would represent things like strength point loss in Volley and Bayonet, or casualties and routers for any game system. I do not mind handling my figs - I want to play with them and can always touch them up if needed. I guess I am a gamer first.
I am now reducing my five figure stands to four figs, each stand representing about 200 men. I set them up on my metal bases as determined by an OOB. As the game goes on, I remove stands from bases taking hits or losing morale. Some stands I move to a routing position and some I actually lay on their sides as dead and wounded! This looks more like a battlefield to me and there are fewer markers on the table, less paperwork. The routers can be rallied by an adjacent officer's die roll to return to a unit base.
In any case these 3 figure stands give you lots of options for both figure removal at a realistic rate and for combining stands to represent a variety of units. They are versatile. Bruce

Excellent as usual Sho. These are how flags should really look except in a strong wind. My concern would be that they might be difficult to paint or decal, unless you were a decent artiste. But they would be very realistic! Bruce

Tricky to pain (but Austrian flags are) but superbly posed. I really applaud your idea to show flags as they fall naturally. I can't remember ever seeing this before.

Agree! These flags are unique as far as I know for our scale. A great idea, they will look fantastic on the table. Bruce

The main idea is that they must be easy to grab with fingers. Very hard task with paper flags.

How the flags looks now? Also there are my first old 6mm sculpts, resculpted to use in monolith trios, without their right hands. Hands will be added, when I make trio dolls and supposed to tie troopers together. Frenchman got neck and new belt and shako badge. And both got wider shoulder. New doll have lowered musket, so probabaly have less bayonet problems. Old Austrian officer looks odd as earlier, but I think that lower shoulder may save the day.

Again, these flags look fantastic Sho, the best I have seen in this scale. The detail is wonderful and really helps with the painting, I would think. The other figs also look very good and again, I think the 3 figure stand is a good way to go. And that Austrian will definitely look fine with a lower shoulder! Bruce
