Hello Ged, I just had a look at your blog! Fantastic gaming room and tables, you are a lucky man! You have some seriously large armies, and the mass effect is excellent, as was intended by the Almighty for this scale, especially for H&R.
The pics can be a bit frustrating to do until you figure it out. It took me a couple of tries, but it's the only way to get them on here. However, a visit to your site was well worth the trip! Bruce

Hello Bruce and thanks a lot! You know I started Napoleonic gaming years ago with 25mm figs. I painted up around 400 or so before I realised it wasn't going to work for me. I downsized to 15mm but got nowhere. I just wasn't happy with the look and size of the units. So I eventually took the plunge with 6mm (Baccus weren't around back then and H&R were the best of the rest in my opinion). I really wanted that 'mass effect' you see in those wonderful Victorian paintings ... Anyway, I'm glad you enjoyed your trip to my site!
I will of course continue in my attempts to get a bloody pic up on here, I'm sure I'll get it in the end.

Quite easy to put a picture up here Silent, especially as you already have your pictures on your blog. I will put a little explanation up a bit later today for you. Tim

Silent, the easiest way for you to put a picture on here to create a link from a picture in your blog. For instance the picture above. Easy steps: 1. Click on your required picture in your blog to bring up the big view. 2. Right click on the photo and from the list pick 'Copy Image Location' (this copies a direct URL to the picture). 3. Start a new post and type your message as usual. To insert the picture just pick the small icon at the top that looks like a tiny photo (if you mouse over it, it will say 'insert image') 4. A dialog box will pop up and in the box where it says Image URL, paste the link that you copied in step 2 (hit 'ctrl V' to paste). Then just hit the button that says insert image and it should appear.
Hope that helps,
Tim

Tim is absolutely right Ged. IF you already post pics on the web with your blog, the process is easy. Those of us without blogs can use a photo service, which took me a little time to get the hang of.
Looking forward to seeing more! Bruce
