Seeing as the Prussians don't seem to be getting enough love, here is my latest finish, 2nd Pomerania Landwehr Infantry Regiment. Unfortunately as yet Adler do not do Landwehr as skirmishers so I used normal infantry. Hopefully this will change when the figures are remastered later. I am very happy with the result though I seemed to take forever over painting them More pics and blurb on the blog. Ian

They look very nice Ian, never painted a Prussian in my life but I will if still alive after finishing the Brits and then Russians. After looking at your blog I have ordered a few brushes from Rosemary&Co to try them out.

Tim Well having painted my first British only recently I can't be surprised the Prussians have not yet graced your table. You won't be disappointed with the brushes, I rate my series 33 not far behind my Series 7 from W&N. I would go further and say the R&Co are better value £ for £. Will be interested in your view of them Ian

Tried the brushes this morning Ian and they seem very good indeed. They seem as good as my W&N water colour brushes. They do have a very sharp tip which needs a slightly diferent technique but not a problem. Cheaper than my W&N's as well Time will tell how they stand up. Tim

Might give these a go, I get through a ton of brushes, I have 7 of the same in use at one time they all have slightly different points some are good for buttons some for straps so on and so fourth, but they all wear down quick think I got through around £60 worth last year alone,

Very nice Ian. My next project is Prussian Landwehr (and some Russian Militia), once I finish doing buildings. I need about 8 battalions of Landwehr so will b a bit of an effort but they are actually nice to paint so once cleaned up I suspect it would be too bad a task
