Splendid stuff PT. It sometimes makes me think that if England could supply most of the Spanish and Portugese armies with uniforms in the peninsular why they could not supply 1812 shakos to their own forces by 1815. I know a lot of the regiments were pulled in from stations abroad for the 100 days which might explain it. It also gives my 1812 french the excuse to wear the wrong gear

I assume it was partly using up old kit, and indeed many of my French won't be following strict regulation dress, or carrying regulation flags

Great looking figures, almost all my French are carrying the wrong flags, the Prussian's are being good boys though

Escort carriers on convoys taking Hurricane IICs to the Sovs used to carry Hurricane IAs for defence.
