I am almost done with La Haye Sainte and will do a post today, but I saw a 28mm version of La Haye (or La Haie) on TMP and had buildings ready painted that could be used for a 6mm version. Not sure if it is historically accurate but at least it is a reasonable approximation I hope. The basing for this is much simpler than La Haye Sainte so this jumped the queue! linkSteve

no problem. I will probably do Hougoumont as a sort of tutorial - keep forgetting otherwise (although will do Gemmincourt basing this weekend so may do something for that actually)

Very nice Steve! I would not worry too much about historical accuracy, they can't even agree about what Hougoumont looked like at the time and most of that is still there now, La Haie is even less known about as far as I can tell.

I'm glad you said that Tim, makes me feel better about my version of La Haie - assuming you mean the one between Papelotte and Frichermont that is.

I'm doing a purely fictional version due to lack of info - waiting for prototype to come back from the painter to see what it looks like before I make a final decision on it.
