last sunday my gaming pals and I played another game using my 6mm MDF figures and a set of rules using "altar of freedom " for c&c and "snappy nappy" for morale and combat. I have to say that I can't recommend "AoF" highly enough. Its a super fast game and the best attempt to produce a variable length turn I've ever seen . Report and picture on my blog at flownlegions.blogspot.com.es/2014/12/confusion-to-french.htmlBob

Bob
Had a quick butchers at your battle report, good read indeed. I like your table, home made I presume? AoF is a great set of rules. I use them for my ACW, never thought of using them for naps though. Merry Christmas. Mike

Bob I like your table, home made I presume? AoF is a great set of rules. I use them for my ACW, never thought of using them for naps though. To be fair we tried using "AoF" straight from the box for napoleonics but it just didn't work. It missed a lot of the atmosphere we expect from Napoleonic games which is why I experimented replacing the combat and morale by that of "Snappy nappy". The terrain is modular scenary tiles made from 60 cm x 30 Cork floor tiles. I first saw the idea at wardepot.blogspot.com.es/2010/11/european-terrain-2010-part-3-terrain.html beauty of it is that as the boards are only 8mm thick you can store a huge table in a very small space.
